We focus on making the voice of women and girls heard and spreading awareness about their rightful place in the society.
Despite women empowerment being an active ideology that is been professed in the recent times, it is not always practiced. Women are unaware of their rights and this lack of awareness makes them susceptible to manipulation and mistreatment.
By educating women and girls on their legal rights, employment options, health and skill building. HRhelpdesk Trust aims to help women live a better life.
This is done so by providing women and girls a platform to voice their views and opinion, through a Facebook page with a following of 100,000 women.
We provide training and awareness on important legal rights of women, such as the Dowry Act, Domestics Violence Act, Workplace laws, IPC, Minimum Wages Act and other Employment laws, in the recent years so that women could prevent being exploited in unfair work practices and advocate for themselves.
Beyond this, we also provide awareness & Training on Maternity rights and, training and redressal on Sexual Harassment. We also spread awareness on Menstrual hygiene and feminine health issues, especially spreading awareness about, and providing free testing on, Cervical Cancer.
HRhelpdesk Trust goes above and beyond to provide counselling and guidance to women in any area they need support by partnering with a wide network to ensure that women across the country can get the help they require at their time of need.
